How many characters are you creating? And do you have any information on the crash?

Hello,

So, i confirm : if i delete the characters from the set, there is no problem to open it on the second PC (with the Radeon X1800 GTO). But, if i add news characters, Muvizu crash immediatly. I specify : this problem concern only complex set (with many objects and textures).

I also upgrade my graphic card driver (i'm using Windows XP, SP3). The problem continue.

So... i think about bying a new PC (because i want to finish my current project : MuvizuMan :-) ), but i have to know if there a list of compatible graphic cards with Muvizu ? I want to be sure before spending my money :-)

Thanks again for your help.
edited by Wabby on 16/06/2011

Hi,

The fisrt PC runs with a NVidia Quadro FX 580, and the second PC runs withs an ATI Radeon X1800.

I'll try to updating the drivers of the second PC, thanks for your help.

Just a precision : some sets works fine on both PC, so i'm going to make another test because i thinks the problem can be with the characters in the sets (i don't have this problem with sets without character).

I hold you informed...

(sorry for my english, i'm french and i don't speak well your language)

Hi Wabby,

Just from the error alone it looks like a video driver issue. First thing I would do is make sure my video drivers were up to date. What sort of graphics card is in the other PC? Also, on the other PC, does the application run until you try to load your set in?
