Thanks for sending us your computer's dxdiag. We've had a look and unfortunately it looks like your graphics card isn't up to the task of running Muvizu. If you wanted to upgrade we could recommend some graphics cards (such as the ATI GV-R667OC-1GI Radeon HD which is available for under a hundred dollars from Techonweb.com).

Thank you.

Hey guys,

It is an integrated graphic card, but supports the shader3.0 running with DX 9.0.

Wii06, here's a video that can help you. It shows how to update your Nvidia drivers

If the problem persists, please send us your your dxdiag information. I'll explain.
1- Click on the windows start button and select run.
2- Type dxdiag and then press enter.
3- On the dxdiag window that pops-up you have an option to save the information to a txt.
4- Send us the file to bugs@muvizu.com

Please keep us updated.

Cheers,
Marco

I'm sorry, but I think the 6150SE is too outdated and too weak a graphics card to run Muvizu. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe the '50' part of the model number indicates that the graphics card is part of the motherboard's built in integrated circuit. I may be wrong about that. Integrated graphics cards are not as powerful as standalone types.

Look up 6150SE on Google and that should give you a clue.
