Factoid: Yours truly appears in a couple of episodes of Open All Hours as a scruffy kid playing in the street. The opening shot of the series involved a crane being deposited in the alley outside our house. My brother was a regular 'annoyance' to actors and crew, when he told David Jason that our Mum was 'poorly in hospital' David Jason turned up at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and brought her some roses and then visited all of the other patients on the ward. I agree totally and hope that the program moves in they way that we wish but be aware - the direction Muvizu takes will be guided by where they (the HQ upper echelon) believe the money is, so if they started off making a fish only to realise later that there is more money to be made from bicycles....

....trust me, they will stick some wheels on it.

no they need to leave that in that makes muvizu unique I think. I dont know if we need a drag from prepare possibly a menu of animations or something but honestly the only thing we need is to be able to customize the recorded actions more. As a first time user, I found the "direction" model to be very intuitive.

... but I'd still like a bit more control over the finished product.

For workflow, I would probably start by directing, then adjust the timeline and add any missing bits with drag-n-drop.

By all means ADD a drag and drop feature but it would make no sense to replace what is there.
Additional features are better than "instead of"

I'm a fairly new user to Muvizu, but have used other timeline based tools.

As a possible new feature, I'd like to suggest the ability to drag actions directly from "Prepare" to the timeline.
You'd also need to be able to set their length and move them to the right start point.

This would allow for more precise creation of a timeline for advanced users, but still allow for the "Direction" ability.

Would be a very useful added feature for me.

Please ask if my description was unclear.
