The opening shot of the series involved a crane being deposited in the alley outside our house. My brother was a regular 'annoyance' to actors and crew, when he told David Jason that our Mum was 'poorly in hospital' David Jason turned up at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and brought her some roses and then visited all of the other patients on the ward. David Jason would regularly disappear into the props van while not filming, don an outlandish costume and then mingle with the crowds that had come to gawp at the film production.

I dont know if we need a drag from prepare possibly a menu of animations or something but honestly the only thing we need is to be able to customize the recorded actions more. (shorten them/ lengthen them to make em go faster and slower) and maybe a way to cut them at a break point to create a new action from them and the ability to copy and paste actions and duplicate them once in the timeline after recorded. Add that first worry about dragging directly from a library another time we have access to all the actions its just "different" different is not bad its just different

this coming from a total blender and iclone fanboi (my glasses are not rosecoloured however) but i am also a muvizu fanboi and its not good to remove what is unique to make the software into something else
edited by urbanlamb on 05/12/2013

I agree with Dreeko - definitely as an added feature.

As a first time user, I found the "direction" model to be very intuitive.

... but I'd still like a bit more control over the finished product.

For workflow, I would probably start by directing, then adjust the timeline and add any missing bits with drag-n-drop.

(thanks for the input on this, everyone!)

Hi,

I'm a fairly new user to Muvizu, but have used other timeline based tools.

As a possible new feature, I'd like to suggest the ability to drag actions directly from "Prepare" to the timeline.
You'd also need to be able to set their length and move them to the right start point.

This would allow for more precise creation of a timeline for advanced users, but still allow for the "Direction" ability.

Would be a very useful added feature for me.

Please ask if my description was unclear.

Thanks much for a great tool,
JoeActor
