I found a solution:

----> Windows Settings / Adjust Visual effects
----> Unselect “Display the windows when moving them”

It's not a perfect solution because I loose this feature for all my softwares, but it's ok.

You might consider overclocking your graphics card using an program like nTune (from Nvidia) or MSI iAfterburner (msi). My GT240 chip does a similar thing as yours, depending on my computer's attitude. Overclocking keeps my computer and Muvizu happy (six years running). Also consider downloading a CPU/GPU Temp Reporting program, to keep an eye on the temps. I use "Real Temp" to keep an eye on things.

About the white streaks in Play+, if I stay clicking on a window, the window becomes like a gum to get all the Muvizu screen in white

Its the trail the window leaves behind to mimic the dragging motion I classify this as lag though and it goes away after a few seconds. Its the default colour you set your window at. My configurations are about the same my nvidia card is a gtx660ti though.
