This is something that the developers are aware of and are looking at - but more information would help. Could you please send your DxDiag file to bugs@muvizu.com?

You get your DxDiag file by going to "Start > Run" on XP ("Start > Search Bar" on Vista/7) and typing in DxDiag then pressing enter.

You then click "Save All Information" and choose where to save the file.

Once you have your DxDiag file could you please send it to bugs@muvizu.com along with a brief note of the problem (just in case it's not me that gets the e-mail).
