I recenly purchased muvizu:play+ and then installed the software. Once I launched the software it will not accept my pre-generated upgrade code. I have tried in the welcome screen, the file menu upgrade option and the help menu upgrade option

What is wierd is the license key is already in the system when I click to upgrade and it will still not accept it
