I use SLang (software for story-development) from freefilmsoftware
It works very nicely for me, using separate flash card type of text boxes that can be moved around and arranged till it all fits together.
So each time I think of something to add I just make a new text box write down my idea or lines of speech and at the end re-arrange the boxes into a chronological script, done

I stumbled on to this site looking for storyboard and scriptwriting help. This looks interesting, but I haven't tried any of the software yet.

http://www.freefilmsoftware.co.uk/

This site offers Screenwriting, Story Development, and StoryBoarding software that all works in conjunction with each other. Might help one flesh out ideas while sitting in front of the computer.

A couple other links:

http://www.newfreedownloads.com/find/storyboard.html

http://www.atomiclearning.com/storyboardpro

I HAVE NOT downloaded, installed or previewed any of this software, so please take caution and investigate at your own risk!! I do plan on checking them out, so if your scared, you can wait for my reviews. If anyone else wants to check them also and post reviews, that would be most acceptable.
