I recently got a GTX 750 with a fan (not Ti I'm afraid) and it is very quiet, it doesn't add any noticeable sound to my system.
edited by braj on 10/08/2015

You didn't say exactly what you will be using the card for or how much your budget is! This makes it difficult to point you to any particular card.

You should look for any graphics card that doesn’t require a supplementary six or eight-pin power cable. Your PCIe connector on your motherboard is capable of sending up to 75W of power into your graphics card through the PCI-Express bus itself, this is what powers integrated graphics.

If a card needs an additional PCI Express connector it usually means that they draw more then 75W.

As the Doc said, for gamers with a limited budget the GTX 750 Ti is very popular, it's one of the most powerful low power consumption ones around and can handle even heavy games such as Crysis 3, system requirements for this card are a 300 Watt or greater power supply. Power Consumption is 60 Watts.

Palit did a passively cooled card

http://www.palit.biz/palit/vgapro.php?id=2378

It's discontinued now but you should be able to find some still being sold, Amazon UK have a few left. Asus do a GTX 750 passively cooled one but it is not quite as capable as the 750 Ti.
I would suggest an nvidia 750ti (~£100), because of the processing power it gives for the price, and the low energy consumption. However, I've heard that amd cards work better with Muvizu.
Personally I have an AMD Radeon HD7770 2GB but these have been replaced the the very similar R7 250x.
Neither of these are silent, but Muvizu relies heavily on the GPU so I'd suggest getting something that can handle intensive game engines and the like.
edited by MrDrWho13 on 04/08/2015

Hi Guys!
I have an Intel I5 4440 processor and want to add a graphic card but I only have 300watts in hole.
I would prefer a silent one (passive).
Any recomandations?
Thanks a lot!
