Hi prince1510, sorry you are having trouble.

Unfortunately theKodu is right - if a graphics card driver update didn't resolve the error it means that your pc cannot run Muvizu as the graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

You can get the latest NVIDIA drivers from:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

And the latest ATI drivers from:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

You should be able to run Muvizu with one of the following Cards/Chips but there may be performance problems:

GeForce 6 series card
ATI Radeon X1300
Intel GMA X3000

Take care,
-Jim.

well the best suggestion I can give is:
Right click on your desktop and select the graphics card option there, once on the graphics card find the part where it says search for updates.

But most likely your computer isn't capable of running Muvizu so you need to either upgrade the graphics card (for a tower unit) or possibly buy a plug in one of a whole new laptop if you're working on a laptop.
