Troubleshooting - Supported File types

At present Muvizu supports the following asset types, any other asset types will not import:

Objects/Models: .ase Audio Files: .wav and .mp3 (Can also take the audio from an .avi video) Video Files: .avi Images/Textures: .bmp, .jpg, .png, and .gif (Animated .gifs are currently not supported)

If you are unable to import assets of these types please try exporting them again using the software detailed on the Essential Kit page. If you are still unable to import the assets please send them to bugs@muvizu.com along with a description of the error.
