How do I upgrade to Muvizu:Play+?

The first step is to download Muvizu:Play, when installed you can then upgrade via the in-app ‘Licence Manager’. The Licence Manager will open in a web browser so please ensure you are connected to the internet at the time of upgrade.

1. Open the Muvizu application, select the ? from the top right of the menu bar and select Licence manager:
2. The Licence manager prompt will appear, then select Buy...
3. This will then open up your web browser at the licence page or you can go directly to http://www.muvizu.com/licence and follow the onscreen instructions:
4. Either Log in or Join Muvizu. As you have already downloaded Muvizu, then the most likely option is Log in:
5. After Log in, the order information will appear. Click Proceed:
6. Enter the billing address of your payment card:
7. Review your Order confirmation, ensure the billing address is correct and please review and agree to the terms and conditions before selecting Purchase:
8. You are then directed to the secure site of our payment provider Sage pay. Enter your chosen payment details using PayPal or alternative Payment methods:
9. You will then be directed back to the Muvizu site. If payment was successful then you will be supplied with a unique licence key. Select the Copy licence button:
10. In the Muvizu application, the Licence key detected message will appear. Select Upgrade:
11. Congratulations, your upgrade to Muvizu:Play+ is now complete. We will also send you an email with the licence key.
