Posts: 37 		I am having some major problems with the muvizu up loader .each time I try to upload the bar freezes straight away and no matter how long i leave it it never moves .I have made a lot of movies but was unable to upload them to my profile apart from the very first two which worked ?? My account is linked to my utube account and seems fine,no errors just nothing happens ,is there a alternative way to upload apart from the site page,also I added uploaded a movie yesterday from within the programme ,it went to utube but not my profile .

Welcome to Muvizu.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems uploading videos through our website.

Can you please tell us the size of the video files?
Also, if your videos have restricted content, like songs from bands, youtube won't send it out to external websites.

When a video is uploaded successfully it usually takes 24 hours to be sent out to external websites.
Meaning it will take around 24 hours to be available on our website.
I will keep an eye on it.

What codec are you using? I don't know if it will make a difference but you might want to try using a different one like XVid.

Posts: 225 		I've had problems with the uploader using FireFox 5. When I select Upload file from the upload menu I just get a blank window with "upload video" at the bottom. If I switch to IE (using IE tab) it's OK.

That's strange, I use FireFox 5.0.1 and I haven't had any problems.

Well, I did check and 5.0 insists it's up to date. Its probably an add-on causing a conflict or something.

Posts: 582 		I'm using the 5.0 and didn't have any problems uploading videos. I'm using since it was released.

Please let us know if you find the reason why it's not letting you upload videos
