Posts: 7 		When I try to import a cypress tree in my set, no cypress tree appears in my set and instead of the cypress tree, there are black stripes which are flickering randomly on my screen.

I tried to restart Muvizu but the problem is still there.

Does anyone know what to do? Because I definitly need some cypress trees ;-)

Yes I tried placing it somewhere else, same problem...

There's an object that appears called cypress tree, but the object is empty and the lines are coming from the middle of the object.
When I delete the object, the lines disappear.

Posts: 2220 		That's strange, I tried putting that tree onto a blank set earlier, and it worked fine. Send the .set file to bugs@muvizu.com and perhaps an overview of your PC specs (OS etc). They should be able to figure out the problem tomorrow.

Posts: 1786 		for something like that maybe post a screenshot? because this sounds like its not muvizu sounds like its either an issue with the model or a graphics card issue but pretty hard to tell without screenshot.

Posts: 7 		I restartet Muvizu many times again because I was so frustrated, and then Muvizu told me that there was an update available. I updated Muvizu, and now it works!
Thank you guys for your effort!

The animation for my girlfriend can finally start :-)
