I want to change the color of the default t-shirt that comes with the program. How do I do this?

Thanks.

Thanks! You helped me with adding a graphic to the t-shirt. Which was quite easy. The thing is, when I add a graphic, it is outlined with a box. I've added an image so you can see what I mean. It's even more noticeable with darker colors. How do you blend it in so the outline of the box doesn't show? Maybe this is something that can be done in Photoshop? I'm using CorelDraw.

just turn the image into a png file. using your coral draw you should be able to cut round the image you are using so there is only the part you want then copy and paste it onto a transparent background and save as a png file. then when you add it to the t shirt only the bit you copied will show.

mind you after watching them tutorials they make it look a lot more difficult than it actually is lol.

Thanks for the video. I did the transparency. The colors match perfectly this time, but there still is a visible square. I selected "don't breathe" to see if the square would be as apparent, but my character won't stop breathing. Is this a bug with this version? All eye selections, "blinking" and "unblinking" work.

Anyway, here's an example of what I mean by the square still showing even with the transparency:

Do you have any suggestions on what to do about this?

crop your png image around the edges to remove whats around the heart image. it looks like stuff thats been left over from when you removed the background.

no box should show.

if you want a png pic of a heart just type heart png into google or whatever you use and theres probably tons of them already done. you can tell the ones with a transparent background because it will show up as a checker pattern.

You have this ability in corel draw. If you cant figure how you can crop it in your windows paint. I have used corel packages for a long time before I switched to photoshop as a result if having a friend who worked for Corel in Ottawa I got all their stuff before it was officially released.

Anyhow there is a crop and trim type feature inside this software as well. Use *.png and stay away from jpeg as jpeg has the worse issues. you can make your backgrounds dransparent if you like as well and just import the image and then you can match your backgrounds exatly. However in each example your showing your importing it with a border that corel includes unless you tell it not to

just crop the image and re-import it should work

Got it! I only looked at one of the videos you sent me last night, thinking that all I needed to know was how to make the background transparent. Then the box outline showed up with the graphics on the characters' t-shirts. I followed the instructions in the second video just now and the box outline disappeared! Thanks again for all of your help! I really appreciate it.
