Posts: 32 		I upgraded to Play Plus recently and expected to not deal with the Watermark again. Whenever I work on a project in Muvizu, I do not see the watermark. However when I go to render the file to video, I still see the watermark tab in the options and I'm asked whether I want to remove the watermark and lists the credit card options along with a box "Remove The Watermark".

I've been unable to Make a Video thus far in three attempts. I previously had no trouble with the free version of the software. I'm not sure if the two issues are related or not at this point.

Posts: 763 		tick the box that says remove watermark. ignore the stuff about credit cards and stuff. the watermark will go.

as to why you cant make a video, i dunno?

Posts: 32 		I think the file itself somehow became corrupted. I broke everything down to bare bones with only the character, the blank background, and the audio track and it still didn't work. So I created a new file and started with one of the generic characters against a blank backdrop and was able to make a short movie just fine. I then changed out the generic character with one I created and had saved in my favorites and was able to make a movie with it. I started adding pieces starting with a few basic movements and it worked fine. I added a dialogue track and then synched it to the character's voice and got progressively more complex with no problems. All I can think is that somehow the original file became corrupted.

And the good news? No watermarks!
