You cannot currently create custom accessories for characters, but you are able to make custom skins:

The team are planning to open up as much of Muvizu as possible, but there is currently no timeline for custom accessories.

Another curiosity mine, is about objects with opacity control, like the helicopter that has this feature where you can leave the glass clear of the aircraft, there is the possibility of creating an object with opacity control? build a car and wanted to put clear glass in it, if you can help me, I'll be grateful.

You can import objects from sketchup that use transparency in either a png or tga file. When you go to Create -> Objects -> Import you need to select the "Map alpha to" option as "Opacity".

This won't give you a slider but it does let you edit the png or tga file to change the level of transparency you want on your object and then you can re-import it.
