Posts: 1988 		So, thought I'd try out Play properly now that it's a bit more fixed. First thing to test was the keyboard zoom - it used to stick halfway. So, I use the keys to zoom all the way in, then all the way out and :



...and it does it every time, even on a set with just one dude in it. Oh well, back to 23b then. Give us a shout when Play works, will ya?

Posts: 1988 		I zoom in/out on the Timeline using the keys - the hyphen and equals keys, next to backspace.

I thought you meant the ctrl+scroll wheel.

Posts: 1257 		This is just a guess but in both screenshots it seems like there is nothing recorded on the timeline could it be that the crash is occurring due to there being nothing to zoom other than the actual time increments?
... Just clutching at straws!

Posts: 396 		Sorry, Ziggy. I knew about that one and it's already fixed, but the fix hasn't made it's way into one of the patches yet.

The bug is caused by the zoom value getting out of range. You can't do that using the slider, or the ctrl+mousewheel, but you can when using the keys.

Posts: 494 		Another small annoyance with the zoom. On some of the create/edit menus when you scroll with the mouse wheel the view zooms as well, this means that the thing you are trying to edit suddenly and unexpectedly disappears into the distance. There seems to be a general problem with the dialogues focus. The ( in use ) is another symptom of what may be one problem but you're the experts so you sort it out.
