Posts: 20 		Purchased upgrade license because of the great deal but it is saying error every time I click upgrade. The license # is already there but it is giving me error code WO? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Posts: 20 		Thanks for the reply, I did that and it kept giving me the error. I downloaded and installed it again and now it is saying that the license has already been used... hopefully it worked, I will post update shortly...

Posts: 1786 		eh yeah there is a limit on the tries but they can reset it or give you a new code just send them a ticket via the site here they answer pretty quickly but its saturday so you might need to wait till monday morning (UK time)

T hey recommend opening a ticket as sometimes the email gets lost in spam filters etc.

Posts: 20 		Thanks to both of you! Email and ticket submitted. Maybe I will get lucky and one of the techs will decide they want to open their email on a beautiful UK Sunday I know wishful thinking... but it could happen....

Yeah, well it is forecast to get up to 6C today in Glasgow, so you never know your luck
