Hello everyone, just letting you know I'm still alive, and sorry for not posting in a while, Had a few problems, first my computer fried, had to build another, Had a hard time getting all of my backup files, took a long time to get my Cd Rom and DvD drive from Ebay, but all in all everything is falling back into shape, but I have to start over on the At At battle scene, so to keep the juices flowing I put together another short trailer, its has apart you already seen but added the first part to that, and added a glimps of Han and Chewy, so I hope it gives you an idea of how its going to look.

Heres a picture of the work in progress of the At At scene, I loaded the models in seperet parts then put them back together in muvizu, then Im using the Key Frame to animate each part, so far its going really well, but going to take a lot of time to get it done, because the are three At Ats in this scene so wish me luck!

Clayster, I think it's cool that you've figured out a way to animate your models in the Muvizu environment using keyframes... if you ever have time to describe what you're doing I'd love to hear the details

Great work clayster, like how you are animating seperate parts, like how you animated the guy looking through the binoculars too!

Keep going, your work is great!

I've been messing around with the ability to keyframe the appendages of models that have been imported in animatable pieces. For anybody who has wished for more low-level control at the sacrifice of Muvizu's usual rapid development system... this may be it!

It's kind of like claymation... move the item, keyframe its new location, repeat. This could be one way to add quadraped movement to a limited number of scenes... but it's awfully time consuming, and the end result doesn't have the Muvuzu "look". ( the muvizu characters built-in moves follow the industry standard of anticipation, movement, follow thru etc so they look far more polished than the clunky step-animations I'm coming up with using keyframes.)

But the starting point is to get something that works... THEN make it work better. Keyframes work for simple step animations, and I think that's a cool starting point.

Ok if I made a Tutorial of how I animate my models in muvizu, just remember this, I never made a Tutorial before and Im use to reading things to know what to say in videos like script, and Im not use to explaining things very well but I will try my very best, so if yaw still want me to try to make a tutorial just say yay...and I'll give it a go.

That would be totally your call, Clayster. Much as I'd like to say "go for it" I also know that everybody already has plenty to do ... for example, you are very busy with your star wars spoof animations, and that takes time. If you ever have a bunch of free time that you don't know how to use, I'm sure lots of people would like to see such a tutorial... but I don't think you should let it steal time from your star wars spoofs.

Thanks for that PatMarrNC, but I don't spend too much time on just one Video, The Empire tries to kick their butts on Hoth is going to be a big spoof, so I'm not letting that take all of my time, this why its taking loner in production, I have already made four other star wars spoof while still in production of that one, and may stop to take time to make another Finger Pistols Are Dangerous video, so I'm just saying Im always here to help, and Im glad to share what I know how to do to everyone, but please keep in mind I never done a tutorial before but im willing to try, even if I do make an dunce of myself...Lol!
