Posts: 8 		Look, it's been a while... nothing has come, so we're guaranteed you're not going to bother continuing this project.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO (If you care at all about your customers):
1. Release a version that has the licenses built in to the program, so it can check locally and cut off this server check. What's the point? You're not maintaining it. Who gives a crap if someone trades a code, you ain't going to continue this project.

2. REMOVE THE FLIPPING MAC ADDRESS LOCK.
Some of us have paid for all the packs and programs you had here, and would have paid for more. We have been dedicated, and some of us still use this program. Our PCs get updated, we are SCREWED because you MAC address locked it. UNLOCK that, allow us to install in to another PC.

3. If in the future you pick the project up again, you can send out an update which will ping us, you can then check our license again and do whatever it is you need to do for the next version. But seriously, if you're doing stuff all now, unlock it for us. Stop annoying us with dead servers, unanswered emails, etc and so on.

The above email is for re-activation of your licence when you run out of activation attempts... which we do cause their servers aren't that great and half the time our activation fails.

Posts: 8 		I had one other problem when I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (Fresh Install)...

In Muvizu, I couldn't import my AVI videos to display on TVs and Arcade Screens etc.

To fix this, install: https://www.xvid.com/download/

Once done, you should be able to throw your AVI files that used to work, back in to the screens of Muvizu.

And if you convert, use the XVID codec in your chosen converter and it should work.

Hope this is helpful to someone.

Yes this is the only method to contact them, I have recently purchased two packs with in the last two days, and everything went smooth, no problems at all!

The best way to purchase any upgrade or packs is to go straight to Meshmellow's Paypal using this email (felix@meshmellow.cn) all you do is give the price that you are paying, then in the add a note panel below that tell them what you are paying for, then give them your address and click next and add your payment info, then submit!

After you do that, go to the transaction details and click print to print out your copy, then save a copy to your computer, it will save as a Pdf file, then email Meshmellow support@meshmellow.cn and tell them what you have paid for and then add the transaction details Pdf file so that they can verify your transaction, you will get a reply with in a day, when I did it I actually got my packs the same day!

HI Rocque, it's still the same in the Hands of Meshmellow, but using the method that I explained above there shouldn't be any problems, I been getting support from them when I need it, and muvizu will always work if you continue to use it, on my site I'm always providing new sets and attachments to help keep it going, which reminds me you don't have my new website url..lol, here! http://digifactoranimation.us/ or to be safe until I get the Https installed to my domain you can use https://digifactoranimation.myvidmy.com/ so just pop in and sign up!

i tested that and it works great. But the .bat file doesn't work for me, i had to use a free software to change my mac adress but the principle is the same.
