Hi,

When I start Muvizu I get the following error:
An error has occurred: Unable to load DLL 'Muvizu.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

I've downloaded the latest release and tried both x64 and x86. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Any thoughts?

This has happened before. http://www.muvizu.com/forum/topic2746-crashes-and-error-messages.aspx
Did you untick c++ runtime during the install?

I did install all the default options including C++ and DirectX. I think DirectX errored. It should be on this anyway.
I looked at the Muvizu folder and there was no version in the Muvizu.dll properties tab.

How can I resolve this? I did put on 64-bit first. When it didn't work with the mentioned error I tried reinstalling. Then gave up and put the 32-bit on and I had the same issue.

Cheers

I uninstalled redownloaded/installed the VC++ 2010 Redist (x86 and x64) from Microsoft.

I reinstalled Muvizu and I get the same error.

Hi andez,

Can I ask in what way DirectX errored? I suspect that might be the problem, so if we can get that fixed, hopefully we can get your copy of Muvizu working.

I am not too sure how it failed before.

I checked that I had no DirectX installed and reinstalled (unticked .NET Framework and C++ Runtime) Muvizu.

This time the setup has worked.
