Posts: 1 		Hi Muvizu team and user, I bought the Play+ for $69 for my son, his account is Benthefarmer14. I copy paste the code into the activate license, got Error E2. I tried couple of times and I got Error W2. I emailed and asked for help from support and contact at Muvizu, no one reply until now. I also changed the setting into run as administrator, still no luck. Please help and thank you in advance.

Error E2 and W2 in Muvizu are usually related to license activation issues or server connection problems. Running as administrator was a good move; also try disabling any firewall/antivirus temporarily and double-check that the license key was entered exactly as provided (no extra spaces). It’s disappointing that support hasn’t replied yet — maybe try reaching out via their social media channels for faster attention.
