Suggestion: Multiple audio files per character. Hi.

I'd like to suggest a new feature: the ability to assign multiple audio clips to each character.

With this in place, it would be much simpler to construct dialog on the timeline by just moving audio clips.

My current work-around is to build all of the audio in a multi-track editor (Adobe Audition), then export each character's track to an mp3 file for Muvizu. I then assign the track to the character and leave talk on the whole time. A bit cumbersome, but it works for now.

Yeah, I've assembled my latest movie that way. One clip per character, with talk on all the time.
Had to use a multi-track audio editor (Adobe Audition) to get the timing right.
Just would be easier if each line were in a separate file and I could assign them as needed.
Sounds like one for the suggestion box!

Aside from creating the whole soundtrack in an audio editor, is there a way to assign multiple clips to a single character?

Ideally, I'd like to have multiple characters in the scene, each one with multiple lines of dialogue.

Arranging it on the timeline would be much easier than using an audio editor first.

Please excuse me if this has been asked before.

If it can't be done, I'd like to suggest this as a future feature.

Suggestion: Drag from Prepare to Timeline I agree with Dreeko - definitely as an added feature.

As a first time user, I found the "direction" model to be very intuitive.

... but I'd still like a bit more control over the finished product.

For workflow, I would probably start by directing, then adjust the timeline and add any missing bits with drag-n-drop.

Suggestion: Drag from Prepare to Timeline Hi,

I'm a fairly new user to Muvizu, but have used other timeline based tools.

As a possible new feature, I'd like to suggest the ability to drag actions directly from "Prepare" to the timeline.
You'd also need to be able to set their length and move them to the right start point.

This would allow for more precise creation of a timeline for advanced users, but still allow for the "Direction" ability.

Would be a very useful added feature for me.

Please ask if my description was unclear.

Greetings all! (JoeActor intro ;-) Hello everyone,

Just a brief intro before posting any vids on the forum.

I'm Joe J Thomas, aka. JoeActor, a voice actor in Los Angeles working in video games, animation, dubbing, commercials and promos.

My first Muvizu cartoon took 8 days to complete. Great program - kudos to the whole Muvizu team.
