Unable to Upgrade Hello,

I don't know how to fix this problem, but if you sent the ticket less than 20 hours ago, you might need to wait until Monday for a reply because the staff do not work weekends.

Character Movement There is a possibility that this is the odd movement glitch where character movement becomes more and more restricted with every re-playing of the scene, eventually turning into no movement at all. - does this sound right?
Alternatively it may be an issue when recording that the character moves with a few stops (which may be fixed by moving the mouse faster/slower?)

Do either of these sound like your problem?

Character Movement To move your character in a straight line, double click where you want him to go instead of dragging the movement circle.

help with character items I'm not sure about the ears (I think Dreeko has a solution for that), but you can't add a cape on to Robin because you're using one of the original characters. Capes are only available to characters in the heroes and villains pack.
