Error: Feature not licenced Hi all, this morning I made some sets with my Muvizu Play+, and in the afternoon I upgraded the software. After the upgrade the sets made this morning didn't work and Muvizu displayed an error during the loading about "some feature not licensed". I checked the licence and it was ok.

Then I erased Muvizu and I reinstalled the working version (2015.10.01.01R_x64) but the error was still there!

Do you have any suggestion?

Play+ How can I purchase the licence? Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, this is not exactly a procedure '...for everyone...", as Muvizu assumes to be...! Clean your registry, look for folder left....? Not for me... I'm a teacher, not an software engineer!
I'm in contact with the customer care department, exchanging with them screen shots and mails, so that they can try to understand what's going on. The transaction has gone, but I don't still have my upgrade. I hope to solve as soon as possible and I'll give you all a feedback. Anyway thank you very much for your suggestions.

Play+ How can I purchase the licence? I douwnloaded the 1.2 version, as requested. Made the 150GBP transaction and got the code. The transaction has been closed, but, after that, an error during the upgrading procedures occured 4 times and it is still there. I sent an e-mail to the contact help desk. Hope I'll get an answer soon.

Play+ How can I purchase the licence? I've got version 1.1... You are right. What is strange is that this morning I accepted my play's suggestion to download the latest available version. So I assumed that it was the right one. Do you suggest to dowload it directly from the web site or accepting the pop up that appears everytime I launch the play?
