Rather than using separate wall planes, create the room as a single cube or boxed primitive and scale it to size, then apply your wall, floor, and ceiling textures to the appropriate faces this guarantees perfectly square 90-degree corners. If you do use separate walls, turn on grid and angle snapping and enter exact rotation values (like 90 degrees) instead of sliding or pivoting manually. It also helps to build everything from a common origin so edges meet mathematically, and to temporarily hide or lock the floor while adjusting walls, since floor estimation errors and collisions are often what cause gaps. In general, build the empty shell first and only add objects and characters afterward; most elaborate, “perfect” sets are made this way using single meshes or snapped modular pieces rather than freehand placement.
